Our mission is to bridge the gap between tenants and landlords and at the same time enable landlords to improve their relationship with the tenants by providing them more and better services then they have been able to do traditionally.

As we are growing (to the space!) data is becoming important more than ever in our company.

We are looking for an experienced data analyst / engineer who would join us and take our Data organisation to another level

Today we have very basic "pipelines" and BI setup which is somewhat cumbersome to use by both engineers and stakeholders which should consume the data.
We are looking forward replacing that with more modern approach.

While we are looking for someone to build us data pipelines, model our data, do ELTs etc, we are also looking for person which would enable our company to act on an insights hidden within our datasets which we are not aware of right now.

Responsibilities 

• Have security and privacy of the data subjects (our users) on top of your mind
• with the help of our infrastructure team, design, build and maintain our data architecture empowering everything from ELTs to business intelligence
  • our data today lives in distributed datasets which should be brought together
• Identify, implement and own external service which would enable decision-makers to access the data (BI tool)
• Transform data into readable, goal-driven reports.
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets.
• Identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
• Building and maintaining data pipelines
• Have security and privacy of the data subjects (our users) on top of your mind (yes, we are repeating this point)

Qualifications 
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a structured, analytical mindset along with strong communication skills. You are comfortable with a fast-paced working environment and enjoy a stable but agile start-up conditions. Furthermore you also have the following experience: 

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data science, Computer science, Engineering, applied mathematics, or related discipline.
• Experience with data processing and data visualisation.
• Proficiency in writing SQL and using postgres / BigQuery
• experience with python or scala (within data analytics)
• Data pipelining tools like DBT, Fivetran, Airflow, Beam etc.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase.
• Experience with different statistical methods
• Knowledge of Linear Regression, Bayesian hierarchical models
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with large amount of information, getting and presenting the “bigger picture”.
• Being a critical thinker.
