In case you missed it so far, Avy is creating digital platform for resident management and resident experience. This basically means that we are prop-tech company with deep ties into financials, e-commerce, communication. We are heavy on integrations with other services but also building our own solutions which are giving us advantage on the market.
We are looking for an experienced technical support engineer who would join us to take control over the technical part of our Customer Support team which is supporting our Enterprise and self-service users.

Responsibilities
- Receive and own support requests from our Enterprise and self-service customers
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions
- Together with our Project Management team, manage the technical onboarding of our customers to the platform
- Closely work with engineering, product and business stakeholders to understand and explain customer problems and deliver solutions
- Work with product and engineering teams to design and implement improvements to the platform
- Actively work with Quality Assurance process across all engineering teams
- Act as an evangelist for the sustainable QA process
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a structured, analytical mindset along with strong communication skills. You are comfortable with a fast-paced working environment and enjoy a stable but agile start-up conditions. Furthermore you also have the following experience:
- Have previously provided technical or developer support at a technology company
- Have an analytical mindset and enjoy solving problems
- Be willing to engage in a demanding range of technical, project and commercial work
- Experience with some programming language (Go, Java)
- Experience with consuming the APIs
- Experience with basics of unix systems
- Experience with shell scripting (bash)
